Variable Universe Fuzzy Control of High-Speed Elevator Horizontal Vibration Based on Firefly Algorithm and Backpropagation Fuzzy Neural Network

To effectively suppress the horizontal vibration of a high-speed elevator car caused by uncertainties such as irregularity guide rails and piston wind in hoistway, this paper proposes new variable universe fuzzy control method for semi-active shoes with magnetorheological (MR) dampers based on firefly algorithm backpropagation (FA-BP) neural network (FNN). First, dynamic model system is constructed, FNN non-parametric MR damper established original data collected from experiments. Then, main controller presented to input current damper. As its contraction-expansion factors, another auxiliary designed accurately adjust universe. Furthermore, FA-BP utilized train controller. Finally, experiment carried out analyze characteristics vibration, simulation tests are conducted using measured excitation signal two kinds simulated signals, respectively. The results show that proposed has lower acceleration, tilt angle acceleration other index values than passive or controller, indicating can elevator. This study provide technical foundation intelligent elevators.
